With 28 years in the mortgage industry, including 14 years of underwriting experience, she brings a deep understanding of how the pieces of a loan fit together. Her insight helps us pre-underwrite files, ask important questions early, and work through the details before they become last-minute surprises.

Outside of mortgages, Heather is a student of the arts who loves to paint and create. I love that she brings both an analytical mind and a creative heart to our team.

Andie Tait
Part of my first home story. Now part of yours.
Andie holds such a special place in my heart. Before I ever got started in the mortgage industry, she was the processor when I purchased my first home. She was part of a moment that meant so much to me, long before I knew where that experience would lead.
Getting to work alongside her now feels like such a full-circle moment.
Andie brings over 25 years of mortgage experience to our team. As our Senior Loan Processor, she keeps documents organized, works closely with the underwriter, and helps keep the details moving toward closing. She’s a big part of what makes our team work so well together.
And beyond everything she does, she’s just the sweetest human. I love having someone on our team whose kindness is every bit as meaningful as the care she puts into her work.
